Code Enforcement Magistrate

A code enforcement magistrate conducts hearings for violations that are not corrected in due time.

The magistrate has jurisdiction and the authority to hear and decide alleged violations of the City of Belle Isle Code of Ordinances, where a pending or repeated violation continues to exist. Check with the city clerk for any recent ordinances that may not have yet been codified.
